Laura Wasson: Founder President Mentor Philanthropist Board Member
Laura Wasson is an owner and the Executive Director of Sales for Tech Electronics, having joined the family-owned business as Voice Systems Manager in 1987. As Executive Director of Sales, she leads strategy and sales staff in the direct channel across all of the company’s service territories. In her role as an owner, she is responsible for advancing the company’s growth and sustainability strategy by developing innovative solution offerings to keep Tech Electronics at the forefront of technology. Additionally, she is the founder and president of Sequre, a technology services provider founded in 2018, which offers Tech Electronics’ cloud-based solutions to resellers across the country.
Beyond the workplace, she is an active member of the community, mentoring young adults to find a career path. In addition to founding the Tech Electronics Charity Circuit, she is the founder and driving force behind the nonprofit Imagine with a Mission, which provides support, mentoring, and career opportunities for youth in North City and North County.

Lisa Farmer: Secretary Founding Member Strategic Planner Board Member
Lisa Farmer serves as the secretary for Imagine with a Mission Board of Directors. Lisa is a founding board member and has the primary responsibly to partner with directors to develop the strategic plan, establish budget, and lead operational performance reviews. In addition, she is responsible to organize board meetings, maintain the digital BoD book, and ensure compliance.
Prior to joining the board, she was an Executive IT Director for Boeing. During her Boeing career, Lisa held a number of leadership and business partner positions responsible to deliver enterprise transformational technology solutions to meet corporate strategic objectives. She retired from Boeing in 2019.
In addition to her corporate experience, Lisa also serves on the Board of Robyne’s Nest, a Huntington Beach, CA nonprofit, serving at risk high school students. Lisa also leads Mission & Outreach for her church and is a member of the Presbytery board.
She has a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting & finance.
A native of Missouri, during her Boeing career lived in St. Louis, Missouri, Huntington Beach, California, and Seattle, Washington. She and her family now live in Huntington Beach, California.
Yvonnda Ford: Treasurer Attorney Educator Health Admin
Yvonnda Ford is a licensed health care attorney with over 10 years of compliance leadership. She is also an educator with a passion for teaching and over 10 years solid experience designing curriculum in higher education. Yvonnda Ford graduated from Saint Louis University with a Juris Doctorate and Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Yvonnda also received her undergraduate degree in health information management from Saint Louis University. Outside of work, she spends time with her golden retriever and enjoys volunteering in her community.
